China Eastern Airlines: Уведомление о новых правилах аннуляции сегментов с 01.01.22г.

С 01.01.2022 вступают в силу новые правила работы с аннуляциями сегментов на всех рейсах MU, FM, включая маркетинговые:

если было изменение статуса сегмента и появляется напоминание об аннуляции за 48 часов до вылета,

сегмент должени быть удалён из бронирования не менее, чем за 24 часа до вылета рейса по расписанию.

Иначе он становится "неактивным", что приводит в выставлению АДМ (USD 10 за сегмент за каждого пассажира в бронировании).

Notice on Inactive Segment Policy of China Eastern Airlines

To agent who concern: 

In an effort to regulate the distribution cost and to ensure availability for genuine passengers, China Eastern Airlines would like to lay down Inactive Segment Policy of GDS. This policy will be effective 1st Jan 2022. 

Inactive Segment： 

• For any change to a flight segment status by airline resulting in requirement to cancel 48 hours before the flight departure, If GDS agent fails to remove the segment(s) from GDS at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time, it should be regarded as Inactive Segment.
• Each Inactive Segment will be charged for USD 10 per segment per passenger.
• This policy applies to all MU and FM segments, including MU and FM marketing segments. 

China Eastern Airlines will raise and submit the ADMs through BSPlink & ARC Memo Manager and will ensure the trade that the policy is in line with Industry standards.
