Pegasus Airlines: Fly Pegas New airlines policy for the cancelled flights to some points of Russia and Ukraine

The below PC Rebooking Policy is valid for all  cancelled flights 

The guests who have tickets issued through all GDS:  provided that they submit their change request until  31 MAR  2022 

*Change Requests :

Kindly note that Guest may re-schedule their travel ,using the following guideline : provided that they submit their change request until 31 MAR 2022  

Rebooking/re-issuance to an alternative destination in the same region shall be done, all penalities /change fees may be waived , Waiver codes to be used UKRWRES if the ticketed class is not available please book the lowest class available, the original duration of journey may be preserved . 

*Refund requests:  

   For cancelled Flights :

a)      Unused tickets: refund will be made without any charge

b)      For partially used tickets, when planned trip is not complete; the remaining flights will be refunded without any charge.

Waiver code to be used  UKRWREF  for refunds via all GDS’
