AIR INDIA: Information about the planned cutover from Sita to Amadeus / Мой Агент

We would like to announce that Air India, AI will be migrating its Reservation System, Electronic Ticketing database and Inventory

from SITA to Amadeus over the night of the 24th and 25th of May 2022.

The planned outage times are as follows:

Start of Outage: 24th May 2022 at 13:30 GMT --- ( 24th MAY22 at 1900 IST )

End of Outage: 25th May 2022 at 04:20 GMT --- ( 25th MAY22 at 0950 IST )

(The provided times may be adjusted due to cutover activities and completion.)

During the outage window, Air India will transfer all its PNRs and ticketing data to Amadeus.

During the outage period reservation systems, both existing i.e. SITA and new PSS Amadeus will experience shutdown.

Therefore no activity pertaining to reservation/booking with GDS travel agents also.
